Petite Sirloin Steak

Even though I don’t want to have this post sound like it’s a recipe, I’m listing the ingredients I soaked the steak in because it’s a really good marinade — a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dried basil, garlic powder, dried parsley flakes, and minced garlic. Marinated overnight, the steak was pan fried and tasted fine. Next time, though, I’ll cook it over the coals and get a lot more flavor out of it.
