Okay, so let’s hear it for the crock pot. Yeah, I know. Kinda hard to get excited about a crock pot, but when it comes to ease of food preparation it’s got to be one of the all time best inventions. I don’t know why I don’t use it more often for roasts, soups, sauces, stews, casseroles, pulled pork, chicken, dip, mac and cheese. Let the good times roll.
