I cook my breakfast eggs in the same pan as my bacon, knowing that if I don’t want leftover bacon grit clinging to my eggs, I should use a clean pan. But too often I’m a lazy cook and don’t want to clean the bacon pan or go hunting around for a new pan. So when you see a post with dirty eggs you’ll know that I’ve been a lazy cook.
