Looking upward removes the familiar context of the seating above, allowing overlapping steel beams to divide the frame into triangles and irregular spaces. Chain-link fencing adds a finer repeating pattern against the broad metal surfaces. The monochrome treatment emphasizes these relationships, turning the structure’s practical geometry into an abstract composition.
