Garlic & Brown Sugar Chicken Burgers

I love ground chicken burgers. I large cut one or two skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, drop them in the Cuisinart food processor along with seasonings of your choice (salt, pepper, onions, carrots, etc.), and chop for 4-5 seconds or until it reaches your desired consistency. I usually end up with enough ground chicken for four or five patties. You can use it in tacos or substitute it for ground beef in almost any dish.
