Motivated by the need for weight loss and better health, I’m changing my eating habits. It’s not going to be easy. I am 72 years old and have eaten poorly for most of my life so this is actually going to be a mother fucker for me.
I’ll be helped by weekly injections of Zepbound, which is expensive stuff when you have to pay for it yourself. But only motivates me further to make positive lifestyle changes as soon as I can and stick with them.
I’ve also started using a CPAP machine to help me sleep better at night. They tell me it will lower my risk of dying, improve the health of my heart, reduce the odds of having a stroke, lower my high blood pressure, reduce the risk of developing diabetes, and make weight loss easier. It has also helped me snore less (much less), which is a big plus for my wife.
