Chili over a fried-crisp flour tortilla with grated cheddar cheese on top is the way my wife has always eaten chili. I’d never heard of it. Didn’t want any part of it until I tried some and then, well, it’s okay. Different. Not what I’m used to, but doable, just as long as I can leave out the tortillas and have my chili in a bowl.
