My wife enjoys the real Outback Steakhouse Alice Springs Chicken. I like to tease her that the only reason she likes it is because of the honey mustard sauce that comes with it. This was based on that dish. Not bad, and it is much less expensive to make it at home. We had garlic cheese noodles and coleslaw with it tonight, neither of which are on Outback’s menu.
