Roast Beef & Cheddar Cheese Frittata

With green onions and topped with ranchero sauce. This was an interesting mess. It didn’t start out as a frittata, but that’s what it turned out to be, sort of, and began to fall apart almost immediately as I was removing it from the pan. Tasted good.
