Roast Beef Sandwich

A basic as can be.

Pot roast, slow-cooked for hours in the crock pot with one au jus gravy packet, one Hidden Valley Ranch Dip packet, a stick of butter, and eight pepperoncini peppers. When done, rough chop and spread between two pieces of white bread, add one slice Swiss cheese, then cut in half. I prefer mine with ketchup and mayo when I’m out of horseradish.
