Sliced turkey, cornbread dressing, homemade cranberry sauce, and mayo on white bread. While I can’t say this is my favorite sandwich, I can say it’s my all time favorite holiday sandwich, and just another reason why leftovers on Thanksgiving are so great. We ran out of dressing one year so I substituted mashed potatoes on the sandwich. Big mistake. Maybe if I’d poured warm gravy over the top?
