I enjoy these more and more every time I have one. I don’t know why I don’t have them more often. The very first tostada I had was from a local fast food restaurant called Hedelston’s. If I remember correctly, it cost 15ยข. Both Hedelston’s and prices like that are long gone, but my love for tostados remains.
