Tri-tip Sandwich

This is but one of the many reasons I look forward to having leftover tri-tip. I usually have leftover tri-tip on white sandwich bread because, as a kid, that was the only bread around our house. Once I was out of the house and on my own I started discovering a lot of different breads. This sandwich was made using Dave’s Killer Bread. It’s one of my current favorites and makes a great sandwich.
