Tamales, especially the one shown here, from the tamale place where my wife gets them, should have their name changed to wonderfuls. One bite and you realize why no explanation or clarification is needed. They are so much better tasting than my snapshot could ever hope to convey. Beef, pork, and chicken. But not the cheese tamales. Those are not so good.
