Soffel Farms — A Redlands Tradition

Soffel Farms is a family-operated farm near Mentone, on the eastern side of Redlands, California. Passed down through generations of the Soffel family, the business specializes in beekeeping and locally produced raw honey, along with seasonal citrus, avocados, blueberries, and other farm products. Its modest wooden storefront, surrounded by fruit trees and flowering shrubs, recalls the agricultural heritage of a region once dominated by citrus groves. While much of the surrounding farmland has disappeared beneath residential development, Soffel Farms continues a longstanding local farming tradition.
